Maybe a recap will clear up the confusion.
quaxo's original post was incorrect. Basically, he did not study the Microsoft web page he posted carefully enough before starting this thread. If he had reviewed it more carefully, he would have realized the download files available from the web page are not the actual SP3 file, but info about SP3.
Then, Broni posted a link to a third-party, i.e. not Microsoft, web site from which SP3 can be downloaded. I'd rather get the file directly from Microsoft, so I posted a link for it.
That's the essence of this thread.
