Can't open files using Nero 7 backup.

I backed up my computer files with Nero 7 but cant open files. File types are NBA files what ever that means. Get the dreaded windows error ( cant open this file, needs to know what created it). well I know nero created it but it gives me an error message  saying the file is corruped or format is not supported. Any ideas.

Have you tried opening up Nero's BackitUp and open the files from there ? ?
Or select Nero from the drop down list when Windows asks...
