Firmware refers to what component?
a. hard drives
b. floppy drives
c. BIOS
d. RAM

The question is asked in my interview:
 
I think BIOS is correct ,am I?

Perhaps if you don't know the answer you should consider a different job, or at least trying to search it on the internet first.
