Windows Vista Password Problem... HELP NEEDED IMMEDIATELY

I lost my password to enter my computer. I do not have a password reset disk. how do i retrieve or reset my password? I have tried using Active@ Password Changer demo but i am not sure how to use it. Can anyone teach me how to use the Active@ Password Changer  or tell me how can i reset my password without a password reset disk? My version is the windows vista
