    Please help
    « on: July 18, 2008, 09:21:27 AM »
Well, I have been having this problem since yesterday. I came home and my little brother was on the computer and when he got off i notice the desktop looks like this:

I have never seen anything like it and i have google'd many times to find some way to fix it. I scanned it with kaspersky and rebooted and it did not fix the problem. I cannot even close down the white screen and it is taking up alot of my desktop. If anyone knows what it is or how to remove it i would be extremely greatful.

    Thank you.

What is the name of the program? You have it plotted out. Also what is the "Microsoft Windows - " application in the task bar?

Open Task Manager, and see what programs are open.
    Same thing in Safe Mode?

        What's running in IE?
If you don't have time to do it right
...when will you have time to do it over?
