What do you do to delete the list?

Is this a file on the hard disk? A DHCP Client list in the router? A MAC Address Filter list in the router? A Client IP Filter list in the router?

If the list is in the router and you delete it, you have to apply the changes for them to take effect.

From what I can see, the picture shows two physical addresses in the MAC list, with the enable access list box unticked, effectively allowing any MAC address to get through the MAC filter.

After deleting the list do you restart the access point? Either by using a paperclip to boot the box or power off--wait 30 sec--power on?

You could try ticking the Delete All box, applying the changes and restarting the AP.

The SSID is My W Connection. Is this the network you're trying to sign on to? This is not a throwaway question. Many users can see multiple networks (especially in the cities) of which only one is theirs.

Has this ever worked? Many of these devices can be reset  to factory settings. Might be easier to start over.

            Good luck.  8)

Based on the picture, shouldn't you tick the MAC addresses (the boxes under the word DELETE), click APPLY, then restart the AP? When restarting the AP, try turning off the power instead of using the reset button.

Can you reset the AP to the factory settings? Starting over has got to be faster than waiting for help in a week old post.

I'm a bit confused by the Enable Access List box being unticked. Seems this would allow any MAC address through, which what you want. Are there any other access lists that aren't shown?

I have no new ideas. I checked the on-line forums, but found nothing to pertains to your problem. I would suggest you call Aztech. They are located in Singapore, you could try email at: [email protected]

If it were me, I'd get to this page in the router and click Restore To Default.

                Good luck.  8)

This will bump your post. Perhaps someone else has some ideas.
