how to access in the blocked websites by C PROMPT?

yahoo.com,  yahoo messenger, and friendster.com are being blocked by proxy realms... my question is... HOW CAN I CONTINUE TO ACCESS THE YAHOO AND FRIENDSTER BY USING COMMAND PROMPT?... can you give me some syntax for that?...

You dont have to use the prompt.....you can just go to a proxy site and surf through there or even use google if your really desperate. Why are they even blocked in the first place, maybe you shouldnt be using them?
