ok every time i go 2 a site my images wont load up or the page wont load up i'll have to refresh a few times then it might will load the whole page
 example below
i dont no if it has somthin 2 do with my wireless or firewall
yesterday it wasnt doin this. it did rain yesterday so i dont no if the rain had a toll on my wireless router. my wireless is coming from a hotspot. im usin I.E 7.0 i jus downloaded firefox but its actin the same way. my wireless is FAIR and its runnin @ 18.0 MBPS maybe thats why its actin like that??

If the problem still persists after restart, clear the Internet Cache/Temporary Files and it should be fine.
