How to retrive Deleted Items??

Hey all,

wasnt sure where to post this but, im after someone that could tell me how i can get files that have been put into the recycle bin and then delete from there..........

So what im asking is, is it possible to still get a file thats been deleted from the Recycle Bin

First of all, you will need a date recovery program. There are some here:

Next you will need a lot of luck and hope that your files have not been overwritten. If it was just delete a short time ago, you may get lucky.

FreeUndelete is a good one. DO NOT USE the drive that the file was deleted on. Download your choice of undelete program onto a flash drive using another computer and run the program from the flash drive to try to recover your data. Any 'write' activity to the drive that contains the deleted file reduces your chance of recovery.

DO NOT USE the drive that the file was deleted on.

The more you do, the more chance, those deleted files will get overwritten.
