My wife rebooted her computer today, and now it will not start. It has some sort of power, it is the main connection to the modem, and my computer is connected as a secondary computer. When I unplug the power cord to her computer, I lose the internet connection on my computer. Also, there is a green light on the back that stays on even when I unplug the power cord. It is a Compaq SR1910NX running Windows XP.
