desktop searcher ->yes spy->no

hi
i need a desktop searcher.
i test some programs like Google desktop search and some from msn .
but i think they upload  index of my file to internet.
     ( my fire wall say me this. and i block them to connecting)
it's like  spy.

do you know some good and secure desktop searcher?
