trouble printing pdf files

I am using Vista on a Compaq laptop and I have a HP Photosmart 7660 printer.  My problem is trying to print pdf documents the I get from the internet.  The graphics will print but not the text.  I am not very tech savvy so any help will be appreciated.

What happens if you save it to the desktop first?

Same thing....  I even tried printing a page at a time as I read soewhere that sometimes the pdf's are too big to download all at once.  I should add that I can print "sometimes" and not others.

I have pdf files saved in my document folder that print fine.  I tried saving these other particular files to my documents as well and they still don't print.

DLoad and install Foxit Reader (FREE ) and try to print it from there and see what happens...
You may have a problem with your Adobe installation.
