Unregistered Hypercam for MacBook

I've looked all around the Internet but I still can't be able to find the Unregistered Hypercam.  Whenever I download it, I'm told that I need a Dell, yet my friend has Hypercam on his Mac.  How?  Is Hypercam only for Dells?  If so, is there a free Hypercam for my MacBook?
