What software did you download?
Where did you download it from?
Do you access internet through a wireless router or are you wired?
What anti-virus do you have?
(CPU is only a small part of a PC)

dude, you have the same virus i had. let me guess. you can't find anything, your internets slow and it doesn't matter wether you restart or not?

well if you say yes to those 3 things, i know exactly what to do. but i don't want to do something wrong so ill lead you help to the pro's

first, go here and read everything:
    http://www.computerhope.com/forum/index.php/topic,46313.0.html

then you will need 3 logs which is detailed in the link. remember to post those 3 as the specialists will need it to help you. but if you can do one thing for me, open task manager: ctrl + alt + del and under "Processes" do you see Rundll32.exe ? if you do, msg me because i've been trying to study these viruses for a while

Just so you know...as long as a user is running Windows, rundll32.exe is expected to be a running process.

It's also fairly common to have multiple instances.  I currently have two running: one being used by my nVIDIA graphics card, and one being used by my Creative webcam.  The trick is to use a program such as Process Explorer to see where the file is and what is using it.
