Internet Explorer 7

Does anyone know if there is a way to download Internet Explorer 7 entirely?  By entirely I mean that you don't have to go to the Internet for each computer you want to install it on. 
I know this is possible and have done it with Internet Explorer 6.  Here is a link to how to do it with Internet Explorer 6:

As far as I know you can just go to the IE7 download page and download IE7 for whatever OS you want.
It shouldn't then need to connect to the internet to install.

Thank you so much for your reply. 

When I clicked the link to download it, it downloaded really fast and I don't think it downloaded everything it needed for a totally Internet free installation.  (I don't have any spare Windows systems around right now that I can try this on.)

Maybe Microsoft doesn't want users to download the entire IE 7.  After all, they'd be losing like $10 a piece for CD sales.

What's the actual file size you're getting?

In the properties it says it's 14.7MB.  That sounds like a pretty good size, but it just surprised me how fast it downloaded.

Maybe you just have a fast internet connection?
14.7 seems right anyhow, the copy I have here which installs without a net connection is the same size.

Ok, I think this is what I've been looking for.  I suppose I really shouldn't be surprised how fast it downloaded because I'm at work and we have a pretty fast connection.
