Does everybody else have Vista? And there's nothing wrong with my system... It's only about 6 months old. ;D
I have done everything that everybody said to do, but still nothing. So I'm not the problem.

I apologise; it's slightly different in Vista

Me and my big mouth  :(

Try the steps for Vista you see here:

Browse the web through Help with XP and Vista

It still has Vista, though, doesn't it?  I rest my case.

Yes, Chris it has Vista....

And there's nothing wrong with it... There's nothing wrong with it.... There's nothing wrong with it....

Keep saying that. ;D

Try the steps for Vista you see here:

Browse the web through Help with XP and Vista

The people running that website have obviously never used Vista because that Help files does not exist. Vista doesn't even use that kind of help file.

 ???

Thanks anyway.

It's .hlp files that are dumped from Vista, not .chm files.

There are issues with chm files in Vista, maybe you are experiencing those.

I don't know.... When I click help for some older programs, Help and Support opens and says "Why can't I get help from this program?".... Is this what you mean?
