    NVIDIA

    Hi!
    Newbie here....
I was just wondering if I really need NVIDIA on my PC. I'm running Windows XP Pro 2003. 5.1.2600 Service Pack 2 Build 2600.
I get that annoying balloon message that say's "SLI multi-GPU rendering has been disabled..." blah, blah, blah.
I have got to stop dowloading things that I think I need on this pc.
I'm a "junior-senior citizen", so maybe that explains why I do these things. :P
Any input would be appreciated & if you need more info on the system, let me know.
    Thanks,
    nuzz

      Hi ,
      Sorry 'bout that.
I was looking at my invoice & it says I have the 2005 version!
The only thing I see that looks like it would be a video card says all on one line, "256MB PCI Express x 16     (DVI/VGA/TV-out) nVidia    GeForce 6800"

      Does that help?

no ? marks. The only thing that's "weird" is for "Magic ISO Host Controller"... there's a yellow triangle with an ! in it. I clicked on it  & it said (device type: SCSI & RAID controllers) Windows cannot load the device driver for this hardware. The driver may be corrupted or missing. (Code 39)
I think I downloaded this one, too.  ::)
