Skype Problems

I have just installed the latest release of Skype and so has my wife's son. When I call him every thing works OK and my camera switches on and I can see him until he starts his camera, at which point he can see me but I can not see him.

Which ever way we set the connection up the cameras only appear to work in one direction at a time.....We are both running XP

Any one any ideas.

Well since this topic hasn't had any replies yet, I figure I would post a few questions.

Have you ever had this work before?
Can you confirm the camera works properly? (is there a tool to see yourself?)
Can you try with someone else and see if you can get two way camera going?
