Besides capturing a screen print and saving it as an image, "printing" to PDF is an option. Then, you can view the file, such as a web page you've printed, in a PDF reader such as Adobe Reader or Foxit Reader. Here's one freeware option, one I have installed on my Win XP machine: PrimoPDF 4.1. Quite a few other such programs are also available, in case you're not satisfied with this one.The way this works is that PrimoPDF is added to your system as a "printer". You then select it, just as you would a regular printer, and "print" to a PDF file.
