When right-clicking on a picture saved on our computer and going to "send to", it used to bring up another window where you could make the picture smaller so the email attachment wouldn't be huge--now it just goes to the outlook message as is, which means the outgoing email is the full size of the picture. All of the troubleshooting and help features have been searched to no avail; any idea on how to get this small but very important feature back?
