XPlife help uninstall

I got this stupid wiondows add-on called xplife. I'm having lots of problems and I can't uninstall it. Add/remove programs doesn't even work because of xplife. Same with desktop properties and many other important windows processes.

 I think the error msg had something to do with run.dll.  Anyways, I want to uninstall it. Anmd I really need to so please help if you can?!?!?

Is this a StarDock product ? ?

I dont think it is. Oh, is that a Russian language?? I was wondeing what the *censored* that language was. Ya, thats really the main problem. When I open the xplife menu. It comes up in Russian!?!?!?

OK YES, I fixed it. I know [people will be searching for this on google, becuase I searched and computer hope was the first to come up. So Heres what I did.

I searched for run32.dll I found it in a folder. That system one like "I380" or whatever it is. I moved it to windows/system32 Then I right clicked on desktop clicked properties and OMG it worked ! Go to theme. And change it back to windows xp. There you go. I can't believe I didn't figure this out sooner.

It seems run32dll has deleted itself?!?!? I cant find it in search and it say windows cannot find specified file or path when I right click on dektop>>properties.

Nevermind I was searching for the wrong thing its actually rundll32. Anyways, yes Ill try restart becuase it still doesnt work.
