Please provide more information - what processor, what size hard drive and how much free space, how much memory, what operating system? Is this a new problem? Have you made any hardware changes or installed any programs?

If you don't have time to do it right
...when will you have time to do it over?

Although you seem to have done the majority of these things, I suggest looking here:

I wouldn't trust any software that say they can improve computer speed.
Also, I don't think there is a Registry fix to make the computer faster.

Are you running Windows 98?  I suggest you at least get CCleaner.  See Carbon Dudeoxide's link for info on it. CCleaner is both a disk cleanup utility and a safe registry cleaner.

As I see it, with a registry cleaner, computer will run smoother with less error and that is enough to make it faster (if it's only just a feeling)

Most tests have demonstrated little or no performance improvement from registry cleaners. And, there are many. many case of computers rendered inoperable by the use of registry cleaners. The registry should be left alone for and by the vast majority of computer users. "Feeling" that the computer is faster is not a sufficient reward for the more likely case of de facto harm, imo.
