virus??adwae??

this week i receieved a message from ??windows?? that i had win32/adware.virtumonde and w32/privacyremoveramex.m64 on my computer. i tried to remove with my existng programs on my computer but to no availe. i sent a message to computerhope, they sent me a seven page outline that i followed to the letter 5.4 hours. have logs to match. i don't know if its gone??? how do i find out. when i scan with spybot about midway thourgh the scan it shows virtumon.dll at the bottom. do I stll have it??

What 7 page outline?

Everything in the MBAM log says "No action taken." Why didn't you let them be fixed?
Go HERE and follow the directions. Post the 3 logs when complete.

I hate virtmonde    most annoying adware for me. It's very hard to get rid of. Not saying you can't.  But the trick is, when you think youv got rid of it, it comes back.
