pc keeps restarting

My pc keeps restarting it, I have to hold the button down to turn it off. It has only just started happening and I don't know why.

    I went to event viewer and found these errors.

Can't really tell what it says. What does it say for Category in the first picture?

Also, what have you been doing on the computer before the problem? (downloads, installs, hardware changes, ect....)

I just noticed after looking at the pictures again that the color seems a bit 'messed up'
Is that the result of this problem?

Mine does also.  It seemed to be working fine, until I "healed" a trojan at the recommendation of my AV software.  Now it starts to boot up, gets to the logo screen, and then reboots itself.  selecting "safe mode" or "last known configuration" doesn't help.  I don't have a boot cd.  I tried to make one with my laptop, which has the same system (windows xp pro), but it didn't help.  Any suggestions?

I was trying to updated my graphic card and update flash.

The category that is in the first person is CRT.

I think as I stretched the picture the colour may of got messed up.

Is this a CRT monitor? (the big box-shaped one) or an LCD monitor?

Also, what Video Card do you have?

Hi thank you for your help. I had a computer repair person look at it and he said he can't see anything what is wrong with it. It has worked for the past three days fine. Has it been fixed? I just want to put my mind at rest.
