Unable To Download Any Microsoft or Zune Link

Hi, Thanks for you help.

Want to download the software to make my new Zune work.  However every time the download link is clicked a page comes up saying Internet Exporer Cannot Connect, even using FireFox.

This same thing happens if any Microsoft product download link is clicked.  But when any other type of download product is clicked the download works.

Using IE and Firefox.  Even re-downloaded FireFox and reinstalled and got the same error page.

Purchased and downloaded a computer cleaner and set it to clean my lap top.  When tried to download the Zune software again the page cannot connect came up.  This page was showing the full download link.  Is the error page being pulled from someplace else, maybe my computer?  Scaned, defragged, cleaned, and cookies and cache.

Could my lap top have a virus not to go to pages with microsoft in them  and when clicked to go.microsoft.com the virus or worm kicks up the cannot page?

  How do I fix so I can download the software needed to make my purchase work?

Is this a real (genuine) version of Windows?

What Version of Windows? (XP, Vista, ect...)

Yes, came with the lap top, a Sony Viva

Tried to download using a different link, and found one at Download.com

But right near the end I get this pop up
Zune set up .exe is not of valid win 32 application


Any help solving?

Not a valid win 32 application, eh?

   4. Hardware incompatibility.

Carbon Dudeoxide Thank-you. 

Got it on one of those scans near the start, it found it and it fixed it. Now was able to connect and download the product.  Plus was able to install it without any errors popping up.
