Thanks, Steve!

RR seems to have pretty good opinion.
So far, I'm pleased with their services.  And the guy even showed up early, which I wasn't expecting.  They told me that someone would be here between 11 AM and 1 PM.  But at 9 AM, the guy called me to ask if it was okay for him to come over, and maybe five minutes later, he was knocking at my door.

I have a concern with my receipt, but I'm trying to sort that out right now.

There was a fee of $133.89 mentioned for the modem, but the modem and installation were supposed to be free.  But when I was finally able to make an account and view my bills online, it wasn't mentioned.  So, I'm assuming that's just how much the modem will cost me if I lose/damage/keep it.
