    Transferring harddrive/library
    « on: September 03, 2008, 02:11:05 PM »
    My laptop needed reformatting.
I need to transfer about 25-30 gb of information from computer at home (where i have backup of everything) to my laptop.
Problem is my computer is very far away, in another state.
How do i transfer this amount of info? I have to believe there's another way aside from buying a $60-$90 external harddrive and ship it, and burning DVD's isn't really an option because i don't have a DVD burning drive.
Do i resign to paying up the money, or is there another way?

You can try 2GB chunks through here: http://www.uploadbigfiles.net/, but it'll take time.
