Does Norton Ghost offer a tech license?
    « on: September 03, 2008, 03:22:26 PM »
We'd like to have a way to image customer's PCs and give them a copy of the software when they pick up their machines in our small computer repair shop. These would not be machines we build, so I don't think we'd qualify for OEM licensing. Any suggestions?

You may want to take a look at this: http://www.miray.de/products/sat.hdclone.html

      Best of luck!
If you don't have time to do it right
...when will you have time to do it over?

As long as they own the software/data on their machines when they bring them to you i see no legal issue here with you offering this service...
Have them sign a disclaimer to cover your *censored*.

I use and highly recommend Acronis True Image for imaging drives...
