Cannot Upload Photos / Nero 7

Hello, thank you for reading this. I use Windows XP. I can attach photos to e mail and send no problem. I cannot upload photos to the Internet, e.g Flickr. It simply times out. A related problem (?) is that I have a corrupted copy of Nero 7 that i cannot delete, repair or remove. I get a message saying Installation Interrupted. Its a real pain! I use AVG ANTI VIRUS protection and SPYTBOT Search and Destroy. I deleted both of them but the problem remains.

What is stopping me uploading pgotos and what is interrupting the installation of Nero 7? Other software I can install no problem. Thanks Again!

Firstly, Welcome to ComputerHope.

Secondly, could your uploading problem be related to how you are connected to the internet or your internet speeds?

Thirdly, you don't by any chance have the Nero CD do you?

I do now think its something about my network connection. I use a wireless router. The Help section on Flickr says move it nearer or connect using cable, so I will try that, but still dont understand how I can e mail photos...?

I have a copy of NERO 7 that guy in computer shop burned for me, disc is fine Im sure,,,

Yeah, try connecting the computer directly and see what happens.

Also, I would try to reinstall Nero

Thats my problem with Nero, I cannot delete whats already on my pC, and when I use the disc to re install, it says the Installation was interrupted and will not install. I cnnot Remove, Modify or Repair. I cannot delete from Add Remove programmes, Im stuck...
