Hey Im having trouble with a computer at work. It is running extremely slow, so i was going to Defrag it but I left all night and it stay at 0%. Is there anything else I can do??? By the way it is a compaq using Microsoft Windows ME.

Make sure nothing else is running while you are defragging.  This includes screen savers too.

when I have had this problem, I have gone to safe mode, and run defrag from there.

you could try a diferrent defragger.  i use diskeeper 9.
