no hard drive found

i am trying to reload xp on to my Dell XPS/Dimension XPS Gen 3 but when i  hit opp 1 to in stall it has blue screen saying can not find any hard drive   help!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Your installation is telling you it can't find the hard drive, because you do not have the drivers installed for the SATA drive(s) that come with this particular model.

During installation, you will be prompted to press F6 to install these drivers.  Make sure you have the drivers available.
