i cannot remove 2 files

i have a game downloaded and tried to take it out when finished with it ( a free one ) and it will not go

also goggle tool bar , which i have never used

these are both in add and remove

the game comes up , cannot uninstall , corrupted installer

goggle do'es nothing at all

Try reinstalling the problem software and then try to uninstall again...

i will install the game again , but i never have installed goggle unless it came free with a program

Try the reinstall/uninstall process first.

Sometimes programs leave behind files that will not be deleted after uninstall.  Usually, your notified by Windows that there were certain files that weren't deleted during the uninstall process and give you the path to those files/folders so you can manually delete them.

If you cannot remove these files in the conventional manner...unlocker will assist you with that.  You just need to know the correct pat in order to do so.

thank you , i got rid of 2 , goggle tool bar is in add and remove

when you click remove nothing happens

i took goggle out of ( files ) to-night but the above happened before that

You're welcome...

Are you still having issues removing them?  If Google will not let you remove it...you can always download/install it, again...go to Add/Remove programs, and try removing it again.
