    Windows Vista "shell.css"
    « on: September 09, 2008, 06:38:55 AM »
I have recently bought my mother a dell laptop running widows vista. It is encountering the following error

"failed on loading skin name:minibcont". The file "shell.css" is required in your "sscommon/skins/minibcont/css/" directory. To fix this problem please check the skin name in your config file, or reinstall the application.

The fault appeared to go away but has returned preventing access to the internet. The added dimension to this problem is that the computer is operated by my elderly mother some 100 or so miles away and I access her computer over the internet to give tuition on sending emails etc.

    Any suggestions?

It looks like a problem caused by Dell Support Center. Uninstall it.
