Computer running really slow - Trojan removed but still slow.

Hi

Hopefully someone can help - computer kept crashing - bringing up blue screen a few weeks ago then it was running alright - then back to blue screen a week ago - managed to get back to windows and ran Adaware, Spybot and AVG 7.5 scans. Picked up a Trojan and not much else so removed it. Used CCleaner to clean up my system and removed a lot of crap - also defragged the computers drives - but now the computer when it does boot up, takes forever to boot up (like 5 mins). Never had this problem before and computer was running really fast.  HijackThis details are below - hopefully someone can find a problem I can fix - would rather not do a fresh install of Windows if I can help it.

This isn't a malware problem.

Have you installed anything lately that may be causing the problems?

Nothing installed so very weird - did have a trojan I cleaned up after the computer crashed which I thought may have been the problem.  Will head over to the windows forum as you suggest
