necowl:

1.0.0.0 is not a valid Internet Protocol (IP) address.  Your Internet Explorer is trying to get to a Web site that doesn't exist (it's something like not being able to place a phone call because you have the wrong phone number).  Are you able to click the stop button (i.e. the red circle with a white X), & then connect to a real Web site?

If not, your IP configuration may  be configured wrong & i may be able to walk you through the steps to fix it.

Keep me posted,
Doc
