Can't access dvd or cd rom drives -get BSOD

I cannot use either the dvd or cd rom drives . each time I try the bsod comes up and it refers to "RDR system files"

    Dave Price.....Have you had any problems with being redirected to other sites or perhaps had a virus attack recently ?
