    How can i add password in my control panel and recycle bin? I'm using Pentium Dual Core/Windows Vista. tnx!

    Add password to the Bin and Control Panel or add a password to Windows?

    I know you can set the group policy to have it deny access to Control Panel, but I'm not the Recycle Bin.

    Not meaning to step on your toes Carbon but I also must ask the question. Why the recycle bin? What reason would you ever have to protect your rubbish?

          Comrade Czar,U may be having some reason to lock up ur recycle bin from others,unfortunately u dont have any option available in Windows.

          I'm really amazed that there isn't some way to "password recycle bin" that a person could find by typing something (I can't think what) into a search engine (I can't think which one). Still, not to worry. In Soviet Russia the Recycle Bin passwords you! (etc)
