By 'make the system faster', do you mean the computer itself or its internet speed?

What Windows Operating System is this?

      I wrote this guide here:
      http://www.computerhope.com/forum/index.php/topic,62253.0.html

It is pretty straight forward and is very affective.  :)

        What does 'sol'n' mean? ???

Hard Drive is 50% free, that is all right.

          sol'n:  solution

As IT head instruction I have to install specific programs only...
Not allowed other programs ( as followed the procedure to remove temp files & cookies, U given program to install ) I have to make settings only or I can able to copy some scripts file as It should remove the temp files of all user

All right, as long as you have permission to speed up the computer.
I guess CCleaner can be substituted by Disk Cleanup.

I still don't understand what you mean by the script?

My changes are completely reversible (can be undone)

            Disk cleenup,
Removal of Temp files & cookies

This process I have to run at login (startup) or logoff stage

which will help me to maintain unnecessary files to remove at all the time

( i mean to say I can't visit regularly for this type of prob, I have to make it run for alternate days or regular)

            Honestly....I am confused. ???

All I know that, if you don't want to download anything, you can use Disk Cleenup and Disk Defragmenter and see if there is any improvement.
