as suggested by evilfantasy i'm starting a new topic. i'm having this error message since i was infected with virus and spyware. my problem has been managed succesfully in this topic

dwwin.exe error message is reported by dr. watson. this program is not the problem, since it's a part of the windows package. dr.watson is programmed to report error messages. something else is causing problem or not working well. despite few suggested steps in previous topic how to solve the problem, i still get dwwin.exe error message by computer shut down or restart. i have found some information on the net, unluckily, non of the suggestions were of help.
today i have found out that my msn messinger has not its green icon on my desktop and its not in add or remove window. that means i can not uninstall it. maybe this is causing the dwwin.exe error message. many of the affected people on the net are reporting about solving the problem as soon as they would find out which program or software isn't working right.
i have found a very good file on the net which describes well what is dr.watson and how to solve the problem. it is all in german so i don't know if you can use it. i'll post the link to it and maybe you can use online translator (reverso.net is good one).
