        That works too but tring to figure out which one I need an how to get it from the site.  But I can see it in my pic clear enough to get the number.

          In each one there's an image to click to begin the download.
          Choose any of the 4 in 1 drivers, the one on top is newer but not optimized for 98, whereas the two below are older but will work better with Windows 98 (according to the notes at the top).

                  You just have to go to http://www.viaarena.com/default.aspx?PageID=2&Type=1&OSID=6 and then select the type of driver you want.
                  Your Northbridge is VT8361 and your Southbridge VT82C686B.
