Hello: I have a Pinnacle Movie Box hooked up to my PC (running on XP). I am trying to use it to copy some videos from videotape to CD. I capture the "movie" onto my Pinnacle program, but it is not good quality. It is fuzzy and not sharp, and it sort of wavers, rather than moving effortlessly from one scene to another.
What can I do to get better quality from this type of transcription from one format to another using this equipment? Do I need a separate software program, or...?
