Have you scanned for viruses and spyware? Also is this a Contact us form, or an E-Mail message?

Hello all
I am searching this site at the moment as I have the same problem in  that when I click on a contact us or send mail, I get a box requesting mail program details and a message saying "mail program unable to send mail"  I am on  windows ME and also use outlook express.  I have no problems sending mail from Outlook express.  This problem happened since I reinstalled windows last year.  Has anyone resolved their issue regarding this as I would like to hear.
Many thanks ......

1. Have you tried setting your keyboard to a different language?

2. Use [free] Mozilla Thunderbird rather than Outlook Express.

Get it here

Thank you for your suggestions Raptor.
What language are you suggesting here?
I am not sure of the relevance.
Thanks
Hazel

You can press CTRL + Shift to see if that helps solve your problem.Thist will change the language of your keyboard to whatever other language may be installed.

If there is no other language installed, then you will not have to investigate any further in that area since that would most likely not be the cause of your problem.
