Internet Explorer and FireFox Search problems

Hi, I have this computer problem for the past few day now.  The problem is this: I typed something in my google search engine, the searches came up, but when i click on the link, the site sent me to some other website.   This problem happen in both IE7 / FireFox.  I dont know how to fix it.   Also, usually the site search show up on the lower left hand but recently it just disappear.

I have Window XP Media Center Edition.  Just recently installed Norton 360 and updated to SP3.  This was when the problem started.

I had also resetted and restore my Internet Option, but the problem still there.  Please help, thx.
