    ohhh, silly me.  I re-checked the website from chrome itself (i rather fancy it).  So of coarse it wasn't there.   :-[I didn't really look at the page when i downloaded it  :-[.  So my bad  :-[ :-[

    Yes, I just tried.
    During installation, it tries to set Google Updater as a startup and it tries to set Google Updater into Task Scheduler.
