Computer Beeping

Ugh. My pc sits at my feet sort of on this desk, but it moves a bit. And well last night my screen turned black while i was in game. So i turned off and when i turn back on it just beeps. Not to long though. Id say around 1-2 second beeps, and it only beeps like 3 times then just sits there running. I know this is due to hardware not installed properly. Im pretty sure i bumped it with my leg which most likely knocked something out of place. So i took out the gfx card put it back in, checked the RAM its all in place. But still does the same beeping. Should i pull all the RAM out and clean the dust of everything then put it back in?

I was told that depending on the beeps and how long they go for, tells you whats wrong, like a code i guess.
Maybe use could help?

EDIT: Ok i checked then, the fan on the GFX is working. So i guess thats installed correct? maybe the RAM is faulty..

Yes...Unplug from the wall and ground yourself first.

I'll see if I can find the beep code from what you provided. Do you know your BIOS manufacturer?

Without knowing your BIOS mfg, seems like three beeps is from the memory.

Re-seat it and post back.

Not a clue who the manufacturer is of the BIOS, but ill take ram out now and give it ago. I find it a b***h to put back in lol always one side up one side down. What do you mean by ground yourself? lol

Discharge any static electricity - touch the side of the computer case if it is metal.

For the RAM install: a) hold the modules only by their sides, b) look at the bottom of the module and notice the "key", c) look at the bottom of the memory slot on the motherboard and notice where the "key" fits, d) orient the memory module to the motherboard, keep it 90 degrees to the slot, slide it down the sideposts, push evenly and forcefully at each end of the module until the white clips snap into place.

The keyboard error is for an IBM computer and for 3 long tones.

The 64K error is clearly from an old BIOS guide but, nonetheless, is a RAM error.

Most likely your error code is a RAM problem; but I can't be sure without knowing the motherboard and BIOS manufacturer.

How are you coming removing and re-seating thr RAM?

Idk im gonna leave till my step dad gets home i dont wanna *censored* it, i undone the cilps at the side but its kind of in a weird position to pull out and dont wanna damage it.

Do you just grab the sides of it and pull straight out? the clips are undone but its still hard to get out.

Unplug the computer from the wall.

Ground yourself.

Open both white retaining clips slowly, at the same time - the RAM module should move upwards.

Gently pull the module straight up.

Handle only by the edges.
