I moved all my songs back in from a previous fof folder an it doesnt see all of them in the game its self.

Third, did they work elsewhere?
Fourth, restarted the game yet?

I went in to the fof file which was on the c drive where windows boot then opened d an took the song file an moved it there. I got the game working so I went into the song file in d took all the songs in there an moved them to the c fof song file.

no but it should just work the file types are all the same an stuff. The stander the you get from the fof fourm that was posted a while back.

Guitar hero fourm, but I put in another song an its working suppose that cause there differnt versions or something I have to put them in again. But know the graphics are messed up an it really drags when you try an play a song.

yeah the whole system was having wierd problems an not everything is installed like I want, you know how it is, have to do this up stop do another machine, what was I doing to this one?

No but ummm...... usually theres like a seperate set of programs that you like on all your pcs an after a while you forget if you installed a certain part of it.

i gotcha- you mean like how I, personally- like to have certain extensions installed for my send to menu on all my computers, and archivers, and text editors and so forth?

I found out what was wrong its the update for my video driver.

Its also deletes part of the game toooo...... but the colors look really bad with out it an I need it to play my one game. also, any other versions have the same problems as well.

yeah I got a more recent driver but that didnt help. when I exit from the programs main menu it comes up windows display driver stopped responding The anti2dvag display driver has stopped working normally. save an reboot. the next time you reboot the machine a message will be allowed to be sent to microsoft. But this machine isnt connected to the internet, I updated the video program its self which mite be the problem?

ati2dvag.. interesting, I had a problem myself with the XP drivers for one of my ATI cards- I had to replace ati2dvag.dll with the same file for windows 2000.

so did you just explore the 2k disc an pull it off or soemething. you dont think it would still be there if I just update the driver.

no wonder I missed this It's a Pentium 4 Socket 478, Intel SE7210TP1-E Sever Board, DDR RAM 1 GB, SATA Drives 160 GB 320 GB, HDA Digital X Mystique 7.1 Gold, Radeon X1300

essentially- I browsed the CD- there are folders there for W2k, wXP, and so forth (somewhere). I copied the driver file over to my C:\ drive.

Then I rebooted to recovery console, and overwrote the existing file if C:\windows\system32 and C:\windows\system32\drivers

and rebooted back to windows, and all was well.
