    removing bad c drive

    My c drive just died, and i want to put my 2nd drive that i  already have in the computer, in it's place. I need to install windows on it. I have never done it before.... A little help?

    Remove the dead drive.
    Re-cable the 2nd drive to the end of the IDE cable.
    Set the jumper on the 2nd drive to Master.

    Installing XP on there will wipe all the data so backup what you need first.

    Then Follow This Guide...
