Read the site!  Unlimited installs should tell you straight away that it's a HACK, or pirated Corporate Software.
If it's LEGAL you're interested in, then that's NOT it.!!!

Now, if you don't mind a hack, then go for it. 
But let me tell you, that version of windows is available from multiple internet sites for FREE if you look hard enough.    Most of those sites will be somewhere in the old USSR.

For "Legal" software you're going to spend some real money, and you should spend it with bonafied legal software dealers, like "EggHead" or "Tiger Direct".
Amazon.com might be another possibility.
