please help.u guys are my only hope

i have a p4 pc 3.2 ghz with windows xp a 256 ati raedon 9250 a 80 gb hard disk two 512 ddr rams(1gb).
my pc  runs eset nod 32 antivirus but the pc restarts like crazt some times 7 to 8 times continuously i checked it does not become hot i reloaded windows twice and even removed the antivirus.i play games it restarts i try to scan my pc it restarts and even just readin a doc some times it restarts today it restarted 11 times in a row like it restarts and then ask you wether u want in safe mode all that and before making the choice baaaam again..pleaqse help you are my last hope.
