Animated Signature in Outlook

Hi computer hope... by the way thanks for your help for my problem before, it works..really amazing.

Heres my problem again, i hope somebody can help me again.

Please help me on how to insert or create an animated signature in Outlook 2003. i want to put moving pictures below my contact information like flash images. actually i created my own animation which includes my pictures in flash format and gif. is this posible to upload in my signature outlook?
